風癩又稱「風疹」,醫學專業名稱為「蕁麻疹」,雖然十分常見,但原來具有致命的風險。部份人處於壓力大、熬夜等情況下,容易「出風癩」。註冊中醫師張勇教日常預防方法,飲食要戒口,忌吃10種食物。同時,他亦推介14款湯水和食材,有助止痕消腫,健脾治本,減低出現蕁麻疹機率及復發風險。
風癩/蕁麻疹嚴重可致命?一生會患一次?
根據香港衞生署資料,「蕁麻疹」俗稱「風赧」,是一種很常見的皮膚病,患者皮膚會出現凸起發癢的紅色皮疹。它可發生在任何年齡,約20%的人一生中至少有一次患蕁麻疹的經驗。
大部分紅疹會自行消退,但亦有可能反覆出現。小部份患者會出現嘴腫、面腫、四肢腫脹和呼吸困難,屬嚴重急症,可於短時間內喪命。
風癩/蕁麻疹有甚麼症狀?甚麼情況要到急症室?
衞生署指,急性蕁麻疹通常會在數天之內自行消退,不會對身體造成傷害。然而,蕁麻疹也可以是嚴重過敏反應的一個表徵,不可掉以輕心。

蕁麻疹「過敏反應」的主要症狀如下:
- 嘴唇、眼皮及整個面部腫脹,喉嚨和手腳掌痕癢
- 氣道及喉頭腫脹,導致喘鳴和呼吸困難
- 腹痛、噁心和嘔吐
- 感覺頭昏眼花、暈倒和無意識
- 休克
衞生署提醒,如遇到上述「過敏反應」,必須立即致電999,召喚救護車送往急症室治理,並帶同曾服用藥物的資料及病歷。
風癩/蕁麻疹發病率上升?
註冊中醫師張勇表示,「蕁麻疹」臨床表現為鮮紅色或蒼白色風團,發生和消退的時間都較快,風團處有瘙癢和灼熱感。由於近年環境污染嚴重,加上都市人工作生活及壓力日益繁重,香港蕁麻疹的發病率也呈遞增趨勢。
風癩/蕁麻疹成因是甚麼?壓力大常熬夜易出疹?
張勇表示,遺傳、體質、外在因素也會誘發蕁麻疹。從西醫、中醫角度看,蕁麻疹主要成因如下:
西醫角度,發病原因:
- 本病與遺傳因素和個體過敏體質有一定關係。發病與年齡、性別、季節無明顯差異,但在寒冷刺激下最易發作。
- 精神刺激、物理性創傷、藥物、飲酒或食魚蝦等蛋白質食物等均可誘發。
中醫角度,發病原因分為「內因」、「外因」:
- 內因:臟腑功能失常,陰陽失調,氣血失和。
- 外因:衛表不固,汗出當風,又感風寒或風熱之邪,邪毒鬱結於肌膚而發為此病。
- 另外,可以因為食物、藥物、寄生蟲、精神刺激、壓力大、沖任失調等亦可以是蕁麻疹的成因。
中醫治療方針:
- 於治療蕁麻疹急性期時,中醫一般以祛風解表止癢為主治原則;慢性緩解期時,則以健脾益氣治療為主。

預防風癩/蕁麻疹發作,建議戒吃10種食物,原因如下:
- 蝦:皮膚病患者一般戒食海鮮,例如蝦等「發物」。
- 蟹:中醫學認為,蟹屬於性寒之物,亦易誘發皮疹、皮膚痕癢症狀。
- 榴槤:中醫學認為,榴槤屬於性溫食物,對於體內積熱的皮膚病患者,尤其急性病發期,食榴槤易進一步加重積熱。
- 芒果:偏溫,屬於「發物」,易誘發身體過敏反應。
- 羊肉:雖可溫補氣血,但皮膚病急性期,尤其瘙癢甚時忌食。
- 竹筍:易上火、生痰、易過敏、皮膚疾患難癒的人士,不宜多吃。
- 辣椒:屬刺激性食材,有皮膚疾患、關節紅腫熱不宜食用。
- 牛肉:一般有皮膚疾患的人士,不宜食用,以免動火生熱、加重症狀。
- 糯米:雖可補中益氣,但其性質黏滯,皮膚病患者不宜食用。
- 酒類:屬辛辣刺激之物,常飲易引起炎症反應,不利於皮膚疾病。

紓緩蕁麻疹湯水食療
1. 健脾祛濕湯
- 材料:五指毛桃15克、土茯苓15克、山藥15克、芡實10克、蓮子6克、白扁豆10克、薏苡仁10克、蜜棗2粒、豬骨1斤。
- 製法:所有材料洗淨,豬骨汆水,同放砂煲內,加清水適量。先用大火煮開,之後改用小火煮約1.5小時。
2. 太子參南棗茶
- 材料:太子參6克、南棗2枚。
- 製法:太子參、南棗洗淨,一同放砂入煲內,加入適量清水,中小火煲30分鐘,代茶飲用。
