常放屁等於患大腸癌?台灣一名年僅27歲的女子經常吃菜,後來因不停放屁求醫,結果竟被診斷為大腸癌第3期。醫生提醒,如果突然出現2種情況,就可能已經是大腸癌較晚期的症狀,應盡快求醫檢查,以免延誤治療時機。
27歲女常吃菜放屁 一求醫已大腸癌3期
台灣前主播巫嘉芬在節目《57健康同學會》中分享案例指,該名女子是一名上班族,平日十分注重養生,經常進食蔬菜。有次她在上班途中突然發現自己放屁的次數增加,而且無論進食甚麼食物,情況都沒有改善,後來甚至出現腹瀉、肚絞痛等症狀,求醫檢查後確診大腸癌,而且已惡化至第3期。
大腸癌能否及早察覺發現?根據香港癌症網上資料中心資料,大腸癌病發初期可能沒有任何症狀。如果有症狀,則較常出現以下12大病徵:

常放屁等於患大腸癌? 伴隨4情況要即求醫
急診室醫生魏智偉在同一節目解釋指,雖然放屁可被視為大腸癌的症狀,但大多數情況下仍屬正常生理反應,尤其進食了豆類、豐富蛋白質食物後,更會刺激氣體排放,不必過於擔心。然而,如果經常出現放屁,加上伴隨以下症狀,就可能是大腸癌的先兆:
- 大便行為改變
- 肚痛腹瀉
- 經常排出稀爛大便
- 放屁或排便的氣味較惡臭
放臭屁是大腸癌變的警號?胃腸肝膽科醫生錢政弘曾表示,一般人每天正常的排氣次數為10至18次,如果放屁時帶有2種屁味,就可能表示腸道有出血情況,甚至可能是由腸道腫瘤引發。
